I am currently teaching at Foothills Park & Recreation District.  and virtually on Zoom. Class dates and descriptions are below:

YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS

Wednesday, 5:30 pm MST | The Peak Community & Wellness Center

Yoga poses offered at multiple levels, featuring dynamic movement connecting body and breath. Build strength, flexibility and stability and discover your body's unique needs. Along with traditional yoga poses, expect a variety of yoga practices, including breathwork, guided meditation and restorative poses.

YOGA SATURDAYS

Saturday, March 29 at 11:00 am MST | Virtually via Zoom (Free!)

An all levels hatha/vinyasa class focused on proper alignment and fluid movement. Class is a little slower paced, great for beginners and does not require props.

NO PROPS? NO PROBLEM!

 

Some classes require props, which will be provided in-studio, but if you are practicing in the park, or virtually, I promise you have everything you need already in your home! Check out my video for alternatives.
